Quick Screenshot Maker is practical as it lets you do the usual captures in this type of program: full screen, a smaller part that you select, a window, etc.

The main features include removal of the cursor (which the majority of other programs of this type don´t do), and you can edit or retouch the resulting image: cut, resize, rotate, make a duplicate, apply transparency effects, change the opacity, the brightness, the contrast, shading, and 40 more effects.

Quick Screenshot Maker also lets you add your own texts, indicating arrows, speech bubbles, etc. Everything to personalize your image to your taste, then save it to one of these formats: BMP, JPG, GIF or PNG.
